'Tis The Season

Whether you're shopping on line or in the stores this year, Holiday shopping is stressful. We must all answer the age old questions,
"What should I buy?"
"What do they need?"
"What do they really want?"
and, most important, "What can I afford to get?"

So how about giving a gift that really gives?
Check out this site, Heifer International, and donate a goat to a needy family this year in your friend/family member's honor.
Or, if you really want to buy a gift, go to The Animal Rescue site.  Your purchase will earn bowls of food for shelter animals. The Greater Good Network also has Fair Trade items that are made by women, giving them economic security for themselves and their families by giving them fair wages for their handiwork. There are more sites out there that are great for gift donating, all you really have to do is type in a few keywords, like Just Give, and you've got access to pleanty of charitable orgainzations.

Now that I've solved your holiday conundrum, you can relax and enjoy the rest of December!
Let me share one of my favorite quotes:

"It came without ribbons!  It came without tags!  It came without packages, boxes or bags!"... Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before!  "Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store.  Maybe Christmas... perhaps... means a little bit more!"
