Okay, so I've got you looking at my blog....
Now to entertain you with my thoughts... (revised)

I wish the old "And they lived Happily Ever After..." had never been started because there is no "happily ever after"!
It seems like everyone I talk to (or listen to) is unhappy, whether they be single, divorced, or married... life is HARD WORK!
Living with someone else and their wants and needs, be they your spouse and children or just your spouse, (or just your child/ren), there are expectations and when there's expectations there are disappointments, hence the unhappiness. That's not even addressing the problems people have communicating with each other. I guess the key is to work through your frustration and be as understanding as possible.

  1. Occasionally disappointed, absolutely. I can honestly say I am not unhappy, though I would not be so bold as to say I'm Happy. Too many yucky things in the world (mainly politics & power) that I'd have to ignore but can't. People can be jerks so it's best to have a short memory.

  2. My hubby always says, don't expect anything good.. this way you won't be disappointed....

  3. Yes well, I consider myself an "optimistic-pessimist". I know things aren't going to be good but hope for the best and it's nice to be pleasantly surprised once in a while. LOL
